The transcribed documents are '2-level' checked by Editors/Quality Analysts to ensure each document is 100% accurate. The proofreader, with an in-depth knowledge in AHDI guidelines and standards and proficiency in referencing and researching, also proofreads documents that are assigned to him/her with doubts by the transcriptionists and also to check for errors. At the final level, the Quality Audit Team audits files at random at each level of transcription to assess quality and rate individual performance. Dictation Capture: Our state-of-the-art digital dictation system is available toll-free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All the doctor needs is to Dial our 800 number and enter a User ID and PIN and dictations are securely recorded in our digital system. We are compatible with hand-held recording devices, including PDAs. Doctors can use any handheld recorders and our customized software encrypts the dictations and securely transfers to our HIPAA compliant automated workflow. For clients with existing systems, we can readily take work off Lanier, Dictaphone, Crescendo, RTAS, DVI and other dictation systems.

Document Distribution
The eTranscribe is a secure web-based interface for transcription management to access documents through Internet and Intranet. This file-monitoring interface allows doctors to collect transcribed files through secure web pages in the format of their choice. We use 128-bit encryption to protect the data.
eTranscribe facilitates doctors to access, view, and check the status of files sent for transcription. This unique URL has been developed and presented entirely to its many users, which include doctors, clinics, and hospitals. Doctors are provided with the following functions:
  • Search Option: Doctors can run a search and track any report based on Date of Dictation, Patient Name, Date of Birth or Medical Record Number.
  • The added ability to edit online and listen to the audio simultaneously helps the doctor save time. Once edited, the doctor can electronically sign the documents.
  • Batch print enables the physician to print all the selected documents at a single click.
  • Batch download: This feature allows downloading all the selected documents to the Physician's PC
